Subscription terms
The short version: you are in control. Skip, swap, change dates, or cancel — in two taps, from anywhere we email you.
What a subscription includes
A Ritual Bundle subscription ships 12 REIGNITE, 12 REFUEL, and 12 RESET shots each month. The Household Bundle ships double that. Single 12-packs can also be subscribed to on their own. Shipping is free on every subscription order in the contiguous US.
Billing
You are charged when you place your first order, and on the same date each month after that. The price shown at checkout is the price you keep for as long as the subscription stays active. We email you three days before every renewal.
Skip a delivery
Skip any month from your account or the one-tap link in your renewal email. Skipping does not pause or cancel the plan; the next month proceeds as normal.
Swap what's in the box
Swap any shot for another in the LIFESHOTS range, change quantities per shot, or move between the Monthly and Household plans. Changes made before the renewal email apply to that order.
Change your delivery date
Move your renewal date forward or back at any time. If you are stacking up, delay. If you are running out, pull it forward and we ship immediately.
Cancel
Cancel any time from your account, from your order email, or by replying to any message we send you. There is no cancellation fee, no phone call, and no retention questionnaire you have to complete first. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges.
60-day money-back guarantee
If your first order is not for you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we refund it. You do not need to ship anything back.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship within one business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Shots do not require refrigeration in transit; store cool and dry and refrigerate before drinking if you prefer them cold.
