Most supplement routines fail because they are a collection, not a system. Ours is built around the three moments where a day is actually won or lost: the start, the effort, and the end.
Step 01 · Anytime the day demands it

All the protein. None of what makes other shakes sit heavy. An excellent source of protein — 21g in a 3 oz shot, 100 calories, fat-free, cholesterol-free, and low sodium. Sweetened with monk fruit, not sucralose.

Step 03 · Evening, 30–60 min before bed

A considered dose, not a megadose. A 3 oz liquid dietary supplement shot built around 2mg of melatonin — within the clinically studied 0.5–3mg range — alongside magnesium, GABA, lemon balm, chamomile and passionflower to help support normal sleep cycles and promote relaxation.
